Jennifer Londo was born and raised in Orange County, California. She currently lives in Placentia where she understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in beautiful Orange County – with its unmatched beauty, culture, shopping, beaches and marvelous restaurants.

Having spent almost a decade in contracts and litigation as a paralegal, Jennifer offers a uniquely reassuring skill set to her clients during what can feel like an overwhelming experience. Her natural empathetic, go-getter persona with contract proficiency will ensure each client understands all contractual documents while negotiating the best deal for both the buyer and seller. She will be able to foresee possible contractual issues before they occur, and make sure her clients have a smooth selling or buying experience.

She knew from an early point in her career, that her passion lied in making a positive impact in someone’s journey through life. Whether they were looking for their perfect family home, downtown condo, or even downsizing; she would be there to help you navigate these changes with diligence, expertise and honesty.

Jennifer’s career change was ultimately due to the lack of the human element she’d hoped to find and knew that through real estate, she could combine her legal proficiency and negotiation skills with her love for people into a career aimed helping others.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, time at the beach and spending time with her husband and family.
